What is Ult OLET and what is its use?

OLET is used to make a branch connection from a larger pipe to a smaller pipe and create a branch. Weldolet

Both edges of the end part of this ult are chamfered, smooth or beveled end. Veldolt is a good option for welding in order to connect with the desired pipe or branch. This high pressure connection is used to create a 90 degree pipe branch. The curved part of WELDOLET is placed on the pipe and welded around it. In order to connect to the branch pipe, the flat or conical part is butt-welded. This forged joint is designed for low stresses and integral reinforcement in the branch welds. This piece can also be used to create quarter to 4 inch splits.

Sockolet

Saccolt is used to create a 90-degree branch, just like Voldolt. But the difference between Sacolt and Voldolt is that it is connected to the branch pipe through ASME B16.11. This forged connection is produced in classes 3000, 6000 and 9000. The curved part of this element is placed on the pipe and welded around it. The empty space between the pipe and socket is filled by welding. Also, the connection type is silent.

Thredolet

Tredolt is used for low pressure applications to branch 90 degree pipes. This fitting is produced in 3000 and 6000 classes. The branch pipe is threaded or twisted to this piece and its other end is welded.

Latrolet

OLET Elbolet

Nipolet

This piece is used in vans. Nipolet is welded to connect from one side to the main pipe. On the other hand, this outlet is threadedly connected to the branch pipe. This forged joint is designed for longer branching joints.

Flange Olet (Flangeolet)

These outlets are used when there is a need for constant maintenance of pipelines. This element is connected to the main pipe by welding.

How to connect the first to each other

It is welded from one side on the running pipe with full welding and from the other side on the branch pipe. Also, the pipe should be cut near the part where the branch is to be created.
